Please look out for this tutorial coming next week to create this gorgeous fascinator headband for any gal of all ages or a garter for the bride. It would be a fabulous gift to bridesmaids or for a new mom for her baby girl. You can use the flowers of your choice but I created this one from Startlet La Fleur's. Get cracking on your flowers so you will have plenty ready to make this when the pattern comes out!
